Abigail’s Cottage is a two-bedroom
private cottage that provides comfortable lodging for up to
six adults, and is perfect for families or couples/friends
traveling together. A queen bed and private half-bath are
in one bedroom and the second bedroom has twin beds. The living
room has a queen-sized sofa bed that easily folds out to sleep
two. There is a full bath with a tub and shower located at
the end of the hall.
You can eat breakfast in your PJs if you like. A continental
breakfast tray will be delivered to the cottage each morning
at 8:45 a.m. Our continental breakfast may include, but
is not limited to: muffins, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt,
and eggs served with juice, all of which is prepared fresh
each morning. We provide a varied menu for guests who stay
for multiple days. Your fully-equipped kitchen comes with
a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes,
cookware, coffee maker and toaster. Basic kitchen condiments
including coffee and tea; make it easy to prepare meals
during your stay.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services for the cottage
and the cottage needs to be left in order when you check out.
If, at the time of check-out, the condition of the cottage
is unreasonable, a cleaning fee will be charged to your credit
card. Children and pets* are welcome in the cottage. Abigail’s
is a non-smoking property. Check in hours are 3:00 p.m. –
6:00 p.m.
NOTE: There is a 2-night minimum stay
for the cottage. Requests for a single night stay, if available,
will be charged an additional $50.
PACKAGE RATE: The cottage is available
for vacation stays. Book the cottage for 6 nights at our
daily season rate, and receive the 7th night for free.The
package rate is for 4 guests and includes daily continental
breakfast service and wine tasting for 4 at Del Rio Vineyards
and Winery. Additional charges for 5th and 6th guests will
be billed at the current daily season rate.
*Pet Policy:

Pets are accepted in
the cottage only, not the main house.

There is an additional
charge of $20 per stay for pets.

Pets are not allowed
on the living/dining room furniture or in the beds.

When outside the cottage
pets must be on a leash at all times.

Please do not use guest
towels on pets.

We do not provide pet
products such as towels, food dishes, etc.

Guests are responsible
for additional fees should there be damages/soiling due
to pets.
