Reservations Reservations may be made by clicking here or by calling us at 541-482-4563. Deposit of one night’s stay for each room reserved is required to confirm your reservation and lock in the rate. Deposits may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Deposit for reservations made 30 or more days in advance may be paid by personal check. Checks must be received no later than five days from the day you reserve your room. Cancellations & Changes If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee per room. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, full payment is required for all nights and rooms reserved. Room rate less $25 processing fee per room will be refunded if all nights and rooms are re-booked. No credit or refund for early departures or late arrivals. Pet Policy We do not accept pets, however we are happy to refer you to local kennels and pet-sitters. General Policies Payment of the balance is due at check-out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Cash. Abigail’s is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted outside within 10 feet of any of the buildings. Children 10 and older are welcome to stay in the main house; children of any age are welcome in the Cottage. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. unless other prior arrangements have been requested. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate late check-outs.
